How long have you been knitting?

My mother taught me hand-knitting very early, in the past a lot of children's things were knitted, so I started around 9 years of age. When I was 11 I knitted my first sweater.

How long have you been knitting for Beemohr?

2011

Where did you continue to learn in practice?

I first designed and knitted my own models, since 2005 I have been knitting again and again for smaller labels.

What is your main machine knitting tool?

The programming unit

What do I enjoy most about knitting?

The accurate work, the ability of the knitting machines, although I still have some from the 70s. I like to process the larger quantities in the morning, in the afternoon I take care of designs and optimizations.

What time do you prefer to knit?

In the morning, in the afternoon and sometimes in the evening.

Which "knitting project" do you like most?

I like to design and implement my own things, mostly these are things that I give away to my family or friends. In principle I have so much wool that I could knit my whole neighborhood.

What was your stupidest mistake on the knitting machine so far?

I once fell into disrepair because I didn't see that the thread broke, which took a lot of time. Another time I actually ran coffee over the machine, into the needle bed. I had to take everything apart and dry it, then my knitting machine was back in shape :-)

What was your best idea on the knitting machine?

Business secret, I will not reveal it

What bother you the most while knitting?

When my husband enters my realm, mostly because of a little thing, it always pulls me out of the flow.

What else can you do?

Cutting hair, cooking, chess, sewing ... is actually part of knitting, painting

Playing the violin, cooking, restoring furniture, reading, painting
